Hartford Educational Support Personnel

Hartford Educational Support Personnel is a labor union comprised of non-certified, non-supervisory educational support positions in Hartford Public Schools.

The goals of this labor union are:
1. To exercise professional leadership on an organizational basis.
2. To consider problems, both individual and group, and to seek solutions through unified action.
3. To serve as a constructive force for the continuous improvement of members and system wide support.
4. To promote professional unity among the members.
